Sometimes my thoughts can be crowded, sometimes, there are a few in my head at a given time.
I believe in my thoughts. I try to stick to manifest positive thoughts and jinx negative ones. It works!
I try to be as positive as I can be & just remain unbothered by the negative thoughts.
I notice reading/writing helps some also walking/meditation. Those practices help free up space in my mind for manifesting more positive thoughts.
If you ever feel like the negative trying to take over try your mind, try to remind yourself to jinx the negative.
Always try to see the good in things, people, situations, even when it seems hard!
