clear your mind


Clearing my mind helps me deal with stress, moods and tiredness. I dislike the feeling of being tense & overcrowded thoughts, so I need to cleanse my mind from negative thoughts and fear often. Clearing my mind helps me open my mind to ideas and possibilities.

The 3 Things that Help Me Clear My Mind

Here are the things that me clear my mind:

Breathing In & Out

I Love breathing & getting more oxygen in. It’s like releasing all the stress and negativity out. It is such a good feeling. I am grateful for the oxygen I can breathe in and the negativity I can breathe out.

Taking a Break

I take a break! Whenever I am doing my homework and feel tired and stuck with a problem, I get up and take a break from work. I sit on the couch, have a glass of water, stretch my legs or flex my shoulders. A short break of 15 minutes help me release stress. I love these short breaks.

When I clear my mind, I reach my full potential. I can go as far as I can & will.

Heading Out

When I am too tired or worried about something, I go out! I go and sit outside the house in the balcony and see the blue sky, the birds and the clouds. The blue sky makes me feel calmer and relaxed. This change of the scene helps me bounce back from a negative thought pattern. If you are not a teen, you can go out and walk, jog, run to the mall, do anything, to clear your mind!

Remember…

Clearing your mind is necessary. Your mind is not designed to automatically do that! Being moody all the time is not OK! When you let yourself stay tired and stressed for a very long time, you become depressed. When I clear my mind I reach my full potential. I can go as far as I can & will. So can you! I am so much worth it and so are you!
